bob mcdonnell is exactly government virginia and bobby jindal is governing louisiana. scott walker is governing wisconsin. i think they have the ball. from my point of view, that is good. that are the kind of conservatives that i like. that have become extremely important. maybe they do a little bit of blocking in holding and negotiating with president obama if he wins. i think the governors become central to the future of the party in terms of the actual policies versus politics. they will be governing in many states where romney will have lost. i think they become really central and will be hard for us in washington to remind ourselves that they are more important than what happens in the leadership and the house and senate. everyone assumes the republicans will hold the house, even if romney loses. i am not so certain about that. this is just an analytical guess. i think people are underestimating the variance of outcomes that could happen. i think he could be a six or seven. victory for obama. i am not so sure republicans will hold the house. if you do the math, yo

we did, bob. we did. got it. >>> last year this billboard went up in a small town in massachusetts. it was a special election for a state legislative seat in the town of south bridge. this billboard went up on the side of the road. it says "show i.d." you do not have to show a massachusetts driver's license in order to vote in massachusetts. but this billboard sure makes it look like it, doesn't it? a few months later, there was another special election. voters inside the polling place in newbedford showed up to these guys in suits and ties. the sign says show i.d. to vote. and then underneath it it has some rules listed. rules. have valid government-issued i.d. then it says some more stuff. the last rule is voluntary compliance. this isn't actually a rule at all. it's just a couple guys trying to make you think it's a rule while you're trying to vote. after that election the massachusetts secretary of state ruled that it was illegal for those guys to be inside that polling place with their big sign that says show i.d. to vote. but by that time, the election was over so maybe the da

and the hallowed journalists, like bob woodward, theorizing that obama has been weighed down by serious, grave, national security matters, when those matters haven't stopped him from partying it up with beionsy and jay-z? >> i shot john sununu eye think the president's lazy and disengaged. i think all of that is true. i don't want to dampen enthusiasm here. but knowing this campaign and having observed them, if they are going to accuse governor romney of murder and they are going to accuse him of being a tax cheat and say he wants dirty air and water and wants to throw granny over the cliff, i want everybody to realize that it's coming. they are going to drop whatever they have to drop as a means of trying to hang on to the helicopter, the house and the plane. and so, you know, it was interesting. chris matthews says our knives are out. governor romney referred, they want to kill romney. this is not a joke. they want to bury him. so i would prepare everybody, or warn everybody, that they better be prepared here. the best advice came from chris matthews. ought to be watching us. calling
